Refund Policy
At Peoples Rx, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Unopened items will be refunded to the original form of payment, while opened items are eligible for store credit. Please note that items that have expired while in your possession are not eligible for return.
Books may be returned only if they are in a sellable condition, which means they should not appear read or exhibit signs of wear, such as folded corners.
To ensure smooth processing, all qualifying returns must be presented to a cashier before making any new purchases. Returns submitted afterward may not be accepted. A valid photo ID is required for all refunds, and while we strive to accommodate our customers, Peoples Rx reserves the right to deny any return or refund, even with a receipt. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Peoples Rx.
