Smart Meters & The Opt-Out Program

Austin is the first city in Texas to initiate a Smart Meter Opt-Out Program. Because of health concerns, and for the last 3 years, Texans have lobbied the Legislature and the Public Utility Commission to allow and Opt-Out Program similar to what Austin has been able to implement. What are Smart Meters, why do they pulse high energy RF and microwave radiation into our homes, and how do they negatively affect our health? These are the questions we’ll be answering.
