Mindful Meditation: A Distinctive Method to Handle Emotions

Join us Wednesdays from 8-9pm for a group session on mindful meditation. No previous experience or knowledge is necessary. The session starts with an introduction to mindfulness, followed by 20-30 minutes of silent meditation and ends with a brief discussion. Come learn how to pay close attention in a situation, non-judgmentally, with calm insight and enhanced problem solving abilities.
