Learn how to integrate healthy vision exercises into daily life. All exercises we will practice are basic to any vision problem. Specific conditions will be discussed with time for Q&A.
October 11- morning– Understand universal modern life vision stressors (much more than computers!) & healthy eyesight principles; Deep relaxation techniques for the visual system
afternoon– Addressing digital eyestrain (computers, iPhones, video games etc); Improving distance vision
October 12- morning– Balancing peripheral and central vision; Strengthening “eye-teaming”- the way the eyes coordinate together; More distance vision work
afternoon– Make reading easier; Pathologies
