This experiential type of yoga therapy combines focused breathing, assisted movements and simple dialogue to increase awareness of you physical self, thoughts, feelings and how it all relates to your life. Learn about this type of yoga therapy through a brief outline/discussion followed by a demonstration. Attendees can participate in the meditative/centering part of the session if they choose.
