Estrovera for Symptoms of Menopause
Looking for a non-estrogen solution for hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms? The active ingredient in Metagenics’ Estrovera has been in use in Europe for 20 years and in US since 2009. ERr 731™, a special extract of Siberian rhubarb, contains a phytoestrogen that has been clinically proven to reduce hot flashes from a median of 12 to 2 in just twelve weeks. It also helps other common symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, poor mood, sleep disturbance, feelings of mental and physical exhaustion, as well as urinary tract symptoms and vaginal dryness.
The milder action of Estrovera on the beta-estrogen receptor makes it a very safe option. In studies lasting up to two years, there were no reported side effects and it outperformed clinical results seen in studies with other phytoestrogens derived from soy and red clover.
Taken at the same time every day (in the morning if most of your hot flashes are during the day, or evening if mostly at night), many women notice a difference in just two short weeks!
Estrovera is available at all Peoples locations.

Hi…I am just trying to find out when is best time to take this…morning or evening? I have been taking it just before bedtime. I have hot flashes and flushes almost hourly and its HORRIBLE. I really hope this eventually helps. It is super expensive. Any suggestions what would be best to also take along with this. So far it is not working too well…I have been taking for two weeks. I real somewhere else that some people take other supplements along with this. I have no idea what? Ashtawanda perhaps? I am new to supplements and I don’t want to take a whole bunch of pills or I will get nauseous.
