The Stories We Tell, The Stories We Feel: How Identity Affects Wellness

05/17/2016 @ 7:00 pm

Cultivating thriving relationships is key to happiness, which starts with loving oneself!

Join Love Strategists Désirée and Robert Lyón and learn how to work with the 5 pillars of identity to overcome major blocks that get in the way of heartfelt relating. They’ll discuss what it really means to be triggered and how emotional and mental literacy is the bridge to loving and understanding oneself fully.

You’ll learn about cutting-edge research on the mind-body connection that explains why some people have trouble slowing down and meditating, plus discover key supplements and nutrients that can help shift you out of ‘fight-flight-freeze’ and into ‘rest and restore’, so that you are free to make life more wonderful!
