Take Care of Your Eyes: Principles and Practices for Healthy Vision
05/28/2015 @ 7:00 pm
FreeModern life is hard on vision. Technology, profession and lifestyle bombard our eyes with unconscious stressors, creating inflexibility & imbalances in the visual system. Accumulated eyestrain and unbalanced visual habits can compromise the health and function of our eyesight. Your eyes need nurturing and care just like the rest of your body. We are taught about diet and exercise for the body, but are not educated how to take care of our eyes. The body and eyes are not separate. Learn principles for healthy vision and practices to take care of your eyesight. This year we are offering a series of classes on natural vision improvement, on varying topics, due to critical need to absorb healthy vision practices into modern life. You can improve your distance vision, reading, night vision and astigmatism. You can prevent degenerative conditions like cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. Your eyesight is precious. Learn how to nurture and preserve it.
