Take Care of Your Eyes: Balancing the Use of Your Eyes
09/03/2015 @ 7:00 pm
FreeFree to the general public.
Most people have one eye that is dominant. It is usually, but not always, the eye that has the best acuity. A disparity of use or clarity between the two eyes causes strain on the visual system. Eye teaming exercises relieve the strain of imbalanced use and improve how the eyes work together (fusion). Most people over use their central vision to the point where clarity of sight begins to deteriorate and one needs stronger and stronger glasses. What can we do? Learn how to balance the use of your eyes. Your eyesight is precious. Learn how to nurture and preserve it.
