Make & Take Workshop: Herb Body Oil

Did you know that herbs can be very medicinal when topically applied to the skin? The skin is our largest organ and can tremendously benefit from applying herbs and oils to it.

We’ll explore the use of herbs in topical body care, and attendees will get to make and take home their own herbal body oil.
 
A $10 fee will include all supplies, an info packet, and a fun time!

Amy Lupton, NTP, is board certified in Holistic Nutrition and owns a local artisan skincare lab and herbal apothecary called Liferoot Botanicals. She lives south of Austin in an urban farmstead where she and her family grow herbs and vegetables.
