FreeA wellness seminar with Ashlie von Stroh, LMT. Looking for better flexibility, stability or mobility? If so, join a FREE pilates and core strengthening class with Ashlie! Pilates is a proven method that improves posture, coordination, strength, endurance and so much more!. Ashlie will use her extensive training, taught from a rehabilitation point of view, to tailor this pilates class to your specific needs. Learn these invaluable techniques, including how to use your core to anchor your body, avoid injury while exercising and open a new chapter of wellness that’s as fun as it is effective!
Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water if you choose to participate in the exercise portion of the class.

Ashlie Von Stroh, LMT is a licensed massage therapist, bodywork and pilates instructor who brings her dedicated and integrated practice to Peoples Wellness Center. Her techniques go beyond conventional massage therapy, integrating elements of body balancing and re-training to bring her clients into pain-free living, including elements of Pilates and Ergonomics Training. Ashlie also specializes in severe headaches/migraines, spinal fusions, pre- and post-surgical for back, knees, neck, shoulders and more.
