Take Care of Your Eyes:

Why Modern Life is Hard on the Eyes and Principles of Natural Vision Improvement

Technology, profession and lifestyle bombard our eyes with unconscious stressors, creating inflexibility & imbalances in the visual system. Accumulated eyestrain and unbalanced visual habits compromise the health and function of our eyesight. Your eyes need nurturing and care just like the rest of your body. We are taught about diet and exercise for the body, but are not educated how to take care of our eyes.  The body and eyes are not separate. Because our eyes are constantly subjected to stressors we are not often aware of, and because modern life is often fast-paced, demanding and stressful, our vision suffers and deteriorates. Relaxation of the visual system is the foundation for healthy vision and clear sight. It is critical to avoid the degenerative conditions of the visual system that are becoming more and more prevalent at younger ages. Through relaxation of the visual system, simple techniques and proper use of the eyes, you can put an end to eyestrain, and discover a more relaxed, alive way of seeing. Come and practice  principles for healthy vision and practices to take care of your eyesight.
