Come discover the sister science of yoga and how to achieve balance of body, mind and spirit through common-sense Ayurvedic guidelines dating back more than 5,000 years! Please join Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath in this workshop to learn practices for better sleep, digestion and overall health.

Dr Jay, as he is fondly referred, is a classically trained Ayurvedic
doctor representing a lineage of Ayurvedic Practitioners from Kerala, India. Currently, he is the Academy Director of Kerala Ayurveda in California and is well-known in the holistic community as a scholar, educator and mentor. Throughout his career, Dr. Jay has helped thousands of people improve their health using authentic Ayurvedic protocols. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 2010, he was the Chief Medical Officer of an exclusive Ayurvedic wellness center for more than 10 years.

He is a subject matter expert and an adviser for curriculum development and various training programs conducted in traditional Ayurvedic therapies and medicine. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the National Ayurveda Medical Association, he is actively involved in various research projects and has presented several papers on Ayurveda in national and international seminars.
