Join us each Wednesday for a group session on “Mindful Meditation: A Distinctive Method to Handle Emotions.” No previous experience or knowledge is necessary. The session starts with an introduction to mindfulness, followed by 20-30 minutes of silent meditation and ends with a brief discussion. Come learn how to pay close attention in a situation, non-judgmentally, with calm insight and enhanced problem solving abilities.
