Alan Chasen has 25 years of experience as a personal trainer working in the field of strength and conditioning. Although he has trained people of varied interests, including sport-specific athletes, his true love is introducing the average person to a life of regular exercise, proper nutrition, and general well-being. His journey started at the University of Texas, where he received his degree in Kinesiology at a time when personal training was still in its fledgling state.
