Intro to Emotional Intimacy for Conscious Relationship

An uncompromising relationship is one of true vitality, grace and presence. This is an introductory workshop for both singles and couples teaching the most fundamental skills of emotional intelligence for a thriving, sustainable relationship.
Learn how to share the truth of your experience in a way your partner can actually hear you. You’ll explore how to listen to your partner in a way that welcomes them into a safe space. We will offer both practical tools and supporting theories for understanding energetics within connection. This workshop will be a personal guide for you to not just see how you’re showing up in relationship, but FEEL the true impact of how you’re showing up in connection.
